N.S. government 'must act now' on intimate partner violence

At least six killings in the province have been attributed to intimate partner violence in the four months that have passed since a bill to declare intimate partner violence an epidemic in the province was introduced by NDP Leader Claudia Chender in the legislature and passed to a round of applause.
