“This government’s big commitment was not just to fix health care but to create this office of recruitment and retention, so to see the head of that office depart under seemingly mysterious circumstances so quickly after the establishment of that office definitely raises a lot of questions.
“Particularly because Dr. Orrell was one of the few remaining folks in health-care leadership in this province who had any health-care experience to speak of.””
