How will this spring session of the N.S. legislature be remembered?

On the last day of the legislative sitting, NDP Leader Claudia Chender once again asked the premier to explain how Nova Scotians will have the “mature conversations” he promised around the risks and potential benefits of fracking. 

Chender: So I want to ask the premier again, when he says we’re lifting the bans to start a conversation, what does that conversation look like? How is he engaging and how are Nova Scotians going to have a part in the conversation about the future of our natural resources?
