Feds, province restart private daycare funding in N.B. but not Nova Scotia

NDP leader Claudia Chender was more blunt. She says the province should be funding private spaces themselves, if the feds stick to their guns.

"The province is very capable with the budget surplus and unprecedented amounts of revenue to tackle this on their own with or without the federal government."
