‘Because the HRCE contracts all busing to Stock Transportation, which has no management on the ground in Nova Scotia, it's incredibly difficult to make meaningful changes or hold the company accountable when parents raise issues,” said Chender. “It's troubling that this company which has faced so many issues and complaints has so little oversight and so many years left on their contract.’
